Hello, I’m Deeya.

I’m building a company at the intersection of biology, health, and AI. Before this, I spent years close to the bench — long enough to learn that the distance between a clean scientific insight and a product someone pays for is walked, mostly, with patience.

What I write about, roughly in that order:

• Bio & health. Metabolism, longevity, and the honest gaps in translational research.
• Founder life. Hiring, fundraising, pricing, and the decisions you can’t outsource.
• AI. What machine intelligence is actually useful for — in labs, in small teams, in the quiet parts of a week.

Good taste is the quietest competitive advantage a company has.

I read more than I finish, run less than I should, and believe the work that matters is usually less dramatic than the work that trends.
